The Alfa Resort hotel complex is built as a detached resort on the edge of the forest in the immediate vicinity of the mountain village Deštné v Orlických horách, which forms the natural recreation center of the Orlické Mountains. Its location guarantees total peace and privacy.  Accommodation capacity of this mountain hotel  consists of 36 rooms with a total capacity of up to 86 people . Addet to the capacity of hotel rooms, eleven new mountain huts with a capacity of 4 - 6 people are part of the hotel resort . Mountain huts for rent are located about 100 - 150 m from the hotel and guests staying in these facilities can use free of charge all hotel facilities. 

 

Noxon Adviosry assisted the family owners in finding new investor,in negotiations and pre-sale preparation of the company owning the asset. Since 2016 Noxon Advisory had  responsibility for the financials and accounting of the operations.
