The new  apartment building with its location in Hradec Králové creates a protected interior space of the garden with greenery for relaxation . In the building is 12 exclusive apartments  and two luxury rooftop apartments . These are  large-scale apartment units with terraces of up to 75 m2 and a view of the surrounding buildings. The project was completed in 3Q/2018.
